4 stations production process

  • The first station

    Plastic particles into the injection mold cavity after injection system, form the preform,the size of the bottle neck can be accurate and stable.
  • The second station

    Rotate 90 degrees, preform reaches temperature/blowing station, according to the design of preform, adjust the temperature/shape of preform before blowing.
  • The third station

    rotate 90 degrees,preform to the stretch&blow station,to stretch blow molding preform for container.
  • The fourth station

    rotate again, the completed containers will be ejected in this station, one product production cycle is finished.
